Before you buy
A broker's honest checklist.
Paul has helped enough valley families answer the school question to know where the potholes are. These three habits save most of them.
Verify the address
School attendance boundaries can shift within a district, and they sometimes divide a single neighborhood street. Before you commit to a house, confirm the assignment with the district office.
Match district to town
The quick version: Snoqualmie, North Bend, Fall City, and Preston feed the Snoqualmie Valley School District. Carnation and Duvall sit in the Riverview School District.
Timing matters
Enrollment timelines and kindergarten cutoffs vary by district. If a school start date drives your move, put that date into your house-hunting calendar before the home search.
No pressure, just answers
School boundaries are part of the search.
Tell Paul the schools you are aiming for and he will steer the search to the addresses that actually feed them.
